Dropping out of school is a dangerous and hazardous
phenomenon which widens day after day. So what are the causes and the
consequences of this phenomenon?

The destiny sometimes has more force than man's will; there are
many students who like school and know the value of knowledge but
unfortunately their parents are poor, they can't bear the schooling's
expenses.
Poverty is not the only factor which keeping the students from school,
there are ignorant parents, they don't appreciate knowledge .they think
it is waste of time especially for girls; many fathers don't want to
send and pay for the schooling of their girls if they were just going to
get married. They forgot this great wisdom:"if you educate a boy you
educate a man but if you educate a girl you educate a generation"
Besides, there are lazy students who hate school; they always have the
bad marks. They think that schooling is a punishment.
When the students drop out school, they get back to illiteracy. They
forgot all the things that they learnt at school .they always have free
time so they go with bad people who lost the sense of responsibility
then become like them. As a result, they may be addicted to drugs.
Moreover, the drop-outs may encounter the problem of getting a job that
demands intellectual requirements; consequently, a bad toil is their
only alternative.

To sum up, government must take measures to put an end
to this phenomenon.
